GSQT – Nowadays, Vietnam education system was cut into three sections. An unorganized education system is ineffective which waste of effort and money.
For this reason, systematization in education is an objective and serious requirement. That system requires a unification in governmental and educational management.
In the past few years, Vietnam education system has been allowed professional secondary schools transfer to colleges and colleges transfer to universities for many times (which still remains today), and then many colleges have returned to do the part of the training at the school level as they used to before.
The form of illness and “trade mechanism” can easily make the image of teachers in our education chipped. The basic units in Vietnam education system need to define their mission clearly. The brand value associated with that mission is the quality of education. Primary education and kindergarten, if good quality, are far more glorious than college teaching quality. High quality kindergarten and primary education is still more honourable than poor quality college education.
