GSQT – That information was shared by Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Huu Do at online conference held on September 13^th on national high school examination 2019.

On the morning of September 13^th, the online discussion on “Innovating Examination – Practices and Issues” was organized by People’s Delegation Journal.

Speaking at the seminar, TS. Nguyen Huu Do said that Ministry of Education and Training will report to Government on the method of organizing national high school examination 2019. Ministry of Education and Training has reported that Government has agreed to keep this examination format in place until 2020 and subsequent years, inherit the previous year’s advantages and overcome this year’s difficulty.

Ministry of Education and Training will focus on improving the quality of question banks in a way that is more rich, quality and standardized, ensuring data and bases for appropriate examinations and objectives. Complete the regulations, overcome technical limitations, create tight technical barriers, no loopholes, control procedure, with the help of people with occupations in IT, make it hard to cheat in the exam.

In addition, strengthening the management, especially the inspection and examination, close coordination between universities, colleges and departments to have quality exam, strengthening the training of teachers, proctors and examiners.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Huu Do said that Ministry of Education and Training will adjust the local examination of the province to correct mistakes in the examination as this year.

Local university lecturers also, do not mark and supervise the exams in their localities to ensure their objectivity. In coordinated work, local authorities must work closely with Central Steering Committee to guide national high school examination 2019.
