GSQT – With the policy of encoding multiple-choice questions, all data related to the candidate’s test from the scanned image to the final result are encrypted with reliable and confidential algorithms.
Learning from the negative inadequacies that occur in the national high school exam in 2018, Ministry of Education and Training has strengthened some technical solutions to prevent and fight fraud, especially at the examination.
Accordingly, the assessment of the multiple-choice test will be conducted by the universities with the software has been modified in the direction of strengthening security to prevent and detect frauds.
The process of correcting technical errors on multiple-choice answers (errors made by the wrong students, wrong number, wrong identification number…) is automatically detected by the software which cannot know the relationship in reality amongst these parts because of encoding multiple-choice questions.
Specifically, when correcting the error of content related to personal information, it is impossible to reply for the ones who got the wrong choices. The software has functions to support users (examiners) in detecting and correcting errors during the judging process to minimize human manipulations.
The intermediate data as well as the results of the examinations are all encoding multiple-choice questions and can only be decoded with a “key” provided to the responsible person to complete the exam’s data.
