GSQT – Recently, Ministry of Education and Training held a conference to implement Decree No. 99/2019/ND-CP dated December 30^th, 2019 detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of the innovating the laws on higher education 2020.

Conference on the innovating the laws on higher education 2020 is organized in the form of online in the following locations: Ha Noi, HCMC, Da Nang, Thai Nguyen and Can Tho. Minister of Education and Training Phung Xuan Nha chaired the conference in Ha Noi, located at National Economics University.

Decree No. 99/2019/ND-CP includes 5 basic contents: the system of higher education institutions; procedures for establishing a school council; autonomy of higher education institutions; accountability of higher education institutions; higher education diploma system.

Regarding the implementation of accountability, the decree stipulates that higher education institutions must make public on the website; list of lecturers by majors, qualifications, titles and conditions to ensure training quality.

In addition, higher education institutions must publicize the results of accreditation of training program output standards, enrollment schemes, lists of students who enroll and graduate annually; training costs, tuition rates, service charges, and other revenues of the learner for each academic year and expected course…

The opinions of the educational institutions all confirmed that understanding the Decree No. 99/2019/ND-CP is the basis for good implementation of the innovating the laws on higher education 2020 to improve the quality.
