With SAT I, the certificate required for admission in the US, the test structure is as follows:

• Reading & Writing and Language consists of 52 readings and 44 written sentences, on a scale of 200 – 800 with 65 minutes for the Reading section and 35 minutes for the Writing section. In particular, all questions will be taken in the form of multiple-choice questions, some will come with a chart or fill in the blank, thereby checking through the paragraphs on history, society, and science.
• Math consists of 58 sentences (38 sentences using a calculator and 20 sentences without a calculator), on a scale of 200 – 800 with 55 minutes for the part with using a calculator and 25 minutes for the part without using a calculator. The test focuses on data analysis, arithmetic, and quantitative. The questions will focus on situations that can be applied practically, focusing heavily on algebra, reducing questions about geometry and trigonometry, especially with questions about statistics.
• Essay scores on a scale of 2 – 8 for a criterion. The candidate will analyze a 650 – 750-word text and complete the essay within 50 minutes. The essay tests your ability to read, analyze, and write, requires the candidate to analyze the material, and explain the author’s thesis or that relates to real-world issues.
