The importance of AP Biology

Advanced Placement or known as AP is held by Broad College, and it is an important international program. In subjects which chose to take the exam, Biology is the least common one because it just relates to some special majors. However, there is no one can deny its importance to human life, food, technology, agriculture… Therefore, students who tend to study doctor, medicine, biotechnology, agroforestry engineer… need to study in-depth Biology knowledge.

About the curriculum, it is highly appreciated and it focuses on cells, evolution, biological classes, animals and plants, health and human physiology… Due to high academic knowledge requirements, students have to understand clearly basic knowledge of Biology before studying AP Biology.

Good method to study AP Biology

To international students, the practice might be not too difficult; however, students should not ignore basic knowledge. The average score scale of AP exam is 3, there are many students who do not focus on basic knowledge cannot get a high score, or even cannot reach the score scale requirement of American universities.

To have a score that you want in AP Biology, besides focusing on basic knowledge and improve specialized vocabulary, you should be more active when studying like discuss in class, read more book to learn new things to increase the chance to study in your favorite school.
