Referring to the above problem, Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Deputy Director of HCMC Department of Education and Training also said that the Department of Education and Training is proposing the People’s Committee of 3 projects on the application of information technology: building an intelligent operating center, building a smart school model and managing smart. According to Mr. Hieu, school transfer for children through this new way of the secondary education department in collaboration with the information technology center put into operation will reduce the movement of parents.
