GSQT – With the method of examining the competence assessment scores of the National University HCMC, many schools announce the university entrance score 600 – 850.

In the afternoon of July 5, HCMC University of Food Industry announce the university entrance score by the method of examining the competence assessment scores of the National University of HCMC. There are 8 branches taking 670 points including: Food Technology, Quality Assurance and Food Safety, Chemical Technology, Biotechnology, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration and English Language.

In the 2019 undergraduate system, the university enrolls 3,500 targets in 23 disciplines. The school recruits 80% from the national high school test scores, 10% from the high school transcript results in all branches, the rest according to the capacity assessment points.

In the first round of admission, Nguyen Tat Thanh University announced the admission results by the method of reviewing grade 12 report (students graduated from 2018 onwards) and the results of the National University competency assessment.

With the method of reviewing transcripts, the highest matriculation score is the Medical sector with a GPA of 8.5; Pharmacology takes 8 points; Medical testing techniques, preventive medicine, nursing together get 6.5 points. The remaining sectors get 6 points.

In the competency test method, the Medical sector also took the highest score with 850, the remaining branches took 600. This year, the university enrolls 5,550 targets in 44 disciplines.

Previously, University of Technology announced the level of academic records is 18-24 points in 38 majors. The industry with the highest score is Pharmacology with 24 in 4 combinations: A00 (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry); B00 (Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology); C08 (Literature, Chemistry, Biology); D07 (Mathematics, Chemistry, English).

Some sectors get 20 points in combination A01 (Math, Physics, and English) such as automotive engineering technology, information technology, logistics, finance – banking, marketing, business administration… Considering the competency assessment results, the threshold of input ranges from 650-725.

Similarly, University of Economics – Finance announce the university entrance score with the highest score of 22 students in the international law school of D01 (Mathematics, Literature, English) and Communication Technology with the combination of A01 (Mathematics, Ly, Anh). The remaining sectors get 18-21 depending on the subject combination.

With the method of exam results assessment, the highest level of admission is 700 in international business, international law, international relations.

650 is considered for Communication Technology, E-commerce, Information Technology, English Language, Japanese Language, and Korean Language. The remaining sectors have a passing score of 600.
