GSQT – AP (Advanced Placement) is international high school program advanced level created by College Board which offers for only grade 11-12 students. How to choose AP learning materials?

Students who enrolled in AP program and achieved high scores can demonstrate to the admission council that they have enough academic capacity for college program and further education.

There are currently 38 courses and exams available through AP program which students can choose to learn based on their own interests and purposes. A complete list of courses can be found below:

• AP Capstone: Research, Seminar.
• Natural Science: Biology, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Chemistry, Computer Science, Computer Science Principles, Environmental Science, Physics 1, Physics 2, Physics – Electricity and Magnetism, Physics – Mechanics, Statistics.
• Social Science: Government and Politics, European History, Geography, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Psychology, Government and Politics – United States, United States History, World History.
• Language and Culture: Chinese Language and Culture, French Language and Culture, German Language and Culture, Italian Language and Culture, Japanese Language and Culture, Latin, Spanish Language and Culture, Spanish Literature and Culture.
• English: Language, Literature.
• Studio Art: Art History, Music Theory, 2D Design, 3D Design, Drawing.

Students who enrolls AP program will meet many difficulties in how to choose AP learning materials because the program requires high comprehensive and analytical skills. Students who transfer from basic program to AP will have some difficulties in English since the program includes many specialized terms.

How to choose AP learning materials? In general, you will easily spend time to prepare for AP exam if you have your right sources. At that time, you can practice to solve problems and questions in the exam with your own materials.
