GSQT – Currently, more and more schools from primary to high school in HCMC are applied integrated English program. Why is this program so attractive?

Content integration, reduce scientific load, promote creativity, publicity goal output according to international standards is the commitment of integrated English program for students in HCMC. With integrated curriculum, students will have foundation to integrate into an international education, making it easier than ever to transfer to an international program.

Integrated English program is integrated with the program of Ministry of Education in 3 subjects English, Math, Science. This combination aims to improve students’ knowledge in both theoretical and theoretical aspects of the subject, focusing on practical application. Through this, students will learn how to use their Math and Science knowledge in life along with their language progression.

Students will be taught with highly qualified, experienced native teachers, modern pedagogical methods, inspirational, and applied knowledge to help students develop comprehensive skills and use dominant language.

If students at primary school want to continue learning at secondary school with integrated program, they must have the same level of English as Flyer certificate or TOEFL Primary certificate. For secondary school students who are enrolled in this program, if they wish to continue their studies in integrated English program at high school level, they must take the entrance exam in the 10th grade of integrated program.

In the regular curriculum, students will be taught subjects that have main content of theory for each lesson, but the integrated program will direct students to develop their thinking skills, the relationship between theory and practice sessions.

For example, for Science, with the subject matter and the materials that make up them, students not only stop by the names of materials and observations, but they also practice sorting by material out through testing and practice. Skills in integrated English program will help students plan to study abroad in the future.
