GSQT – In the draft regulation of the national high school exam 2017 of MOET, specified subjects and conditions which candidates should be noted.
- MOET didn’t organize compilation.
- In the national high school exam 2017, candidates may take 5 exams.
- There are some subjects:
+ Who graduated high school but have not taken the graduation exam or have taken graduation exam in previous years.
+ Who graduated high school.
+ Who graduated secondary school.
+ Other subjects are allowed to take exam by MOET (freelance contestants collectively referred).
- Conditions:
+ The national high school exam 2017 subjects are not being disciplined during take the exam, registering exam and submitting full, proper procedures and deadlines, documents and registration fees as prescribed.
+ Subjects under the above provisions have to ensure the evaluated conditions which were graded in grade 12, behavioral graded average upward, learning aptitude not being ranked poor. Particularly for learners studied continuing Education were not subject to classification of behavior and learners in the form of self-study were not required to ranked behavior.
+ Freelance candidates haven’t graduated high school yet, in addition to conditions must also satisfy the following conditions:
- Graduated secondary school.
- In case of ineligible to take exam in the previous years due to poor ranked in learning aptitude in grade 12, they must register to take exams at the end of the school year where they studied grade 12 or registered places to take exam in some subjects which GPA below 5.0. Need to make sure to check points and calculate the average points of year which are eligibility as defined above.
- In case of ineligible to take exam in previous years due to poor behavioral ranked in grade 12, candidates have to be qualified, moral qualities and strictly abided by policies and laws of the State and local regulations by People’s Committees of residence at commune-level.
