GSQT – IB is a 2-year program helping 16-18-year-old students (or students finishing grade 10 or 11, or students who passed GCSE exams) get admitted into universities worldwide. To study IB program, students must have average scores of minimum C, compared to 5 GCSE exams (including Maths) and minimum IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 194 CBT, TOEFL iBT 71, SLEP 57.
IB program is scientifically designed to develop skills (problem-solving, self-study, research and teamwork), critical thinking, and international understanding. The 6 IB subject areas are: Language 1 (First language), Language 2 (Second language), Natural Science, Math, Social Science, and Arts. Depending on majors students want to study, they can freely choose subjects for each area.
Current IB courses allow students to study Vietnamese education program through international and worldwide acknowledged courses. Interactive process helps students develop holistically and forms logical thinking when they do various homework exercises. However, it’s because of an enormous in-depth, advanced knowledge compared to knowledge in college-university that 16-18-year-old students have difficulty in absorb them.
